Feb 16: Huawei's Android phone release

As it is stated in Huawei's web link below, 

"Smart mobile phone based on Android platform and first mobile phone based on "one" single UMTS chipset."

I'm not sure if the phone will be as Huawei's own phone, or Samsung, or Motorola or others?
